Questions to Ask Your Child...

A popular comment I get at conferences is, "I can't get anything from my child." Parents say they ask their child how their day was, and they respond "fine!" Honestly it's not your child's fault they don't have a response. Kids are learning so many things, and different levels of complexity to basic skills they might not know are related. They have many experiences with friends, ups and downs, and endless communication. Here are some conversation starters to get them thinking and hopefully to talk to you. These are also helpful when thinking of others, behaviors, social skills, and building their character. Please enjoy this list and ask your child some questions!
